<p><strong>Curren$y&#039;s The Most Stoned Immaculate Footage Contest</strong><br /> <br /> OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS<br /> NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE; PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. <br /> <br /> 1. SPONSORS<br /> The Curren$y&#039;s Most Stoned Imaculate Footage Contest (the &ldquo;Contest&rdquo;) is sponsored by Complex Media (&ldquo;Sponsor&rdquo;). These Official Contest Rules and the official entry form are available at <a href="http://www.superglued.com/currensyspitta">www.superglued.com/currensyspitta</a> (the &ldquo;Contest Website&rdquo;).<br /> <br /> 2. ENTRY PERIOD<br /> The Contest commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (&ldquo;ET&rdquo;) on April 19th, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 15, 2012 (the &ldquo;Contest Period&rdquo;).<br /> <br /> 3. OVERVIEW<br /> To be considered as a potential Finalist, as defined in Section 6 below, an entrant must fulfill the following: (a) successful completion of the online registration form at <a href="http://superglued.com/currensyspitta">http://superglued.com/currensyspitta</a>, a website owned and controlled by Complex Media (b) accumulate points based on your Submissions (as defined herein). The Grand Prize Winner and Runner Up Prize Winners will be selected from a pool of eligible Finalists (the &ldquo;Grand Prize Winner&rdquo;, and together with the Runner Up Winner, the &ldquo;Winner&rdquo;). The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.<br /> <br /> 4. WHO MAY ENTER <br /> &bull;Legal residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories and possessions).<br /> &bull;You must be at least 14 years of age or older as of April 19th, 2012.<br /> &bull;You must be registered member of the Contest Site in order to enter and win.<br /> &bull;The Contest is void (a) where prohibited by law or taxed to Sponsors; and (b) in any jurisdictions where such contests are restricted by law or regulation, or that require registration, filing or publication within such jurisdiction, or the payment of any fee.<br /> &bull;Employees, contractors and staff, of the Sponsors, and of Warner Bros. Records (&ldquo;WBR&rdquo;), and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, &ldquo;Contest Parties&rdquo;) and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses and domestic partners, regardless of where they reside and/or those living in the same household, whether or not related), or any person whose entries or submissions are joint creations with any person directly associated with the Sponsors, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.<br /> <br /> Determination of eligibility will be in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By participating in the Contest, entrants who have not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside certify that they have received permission from their parent or guardian to participate in this Contest. In the event that an entrant is chosen as a Winner, express parental consent will be required. By participating in the Contest, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors or their designated agents, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest; and (b) to release and hold harmless the Contest Parties against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to your participation in this Contest and acceptance of a prize.<br /> <br /> 5. PRIVACY<br /> Any personal information, including without limitation, the entrant&#039;s name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Contest and for any other purpose for which the entrant specifically opts in, including, but not limited to, any purposes identified in Website&rsquo;s privacy policy, and will not be disclosed to any third party except for (a) the purpose of selecting, notifying and verifying the Winner(s), (b) the purpose of fulfilling the Prize(s) where applicable and (c) for any purpose for which the entrant specifically opts in, including, but not limited to, any purposes identified in the Website&rsquo;s privacy policy. If Entrant gives Sponsors permission to disclose personal information to a third party then the use of such information shall not be the responsibility of the Sponsors and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party. Visit the Contest Website during the Entry Period;<br /> 2. Log in to your Contest Website user account or, if you do not have a Website user account, follow the instructions to create a free user account (your &ldquo;Account&rdquo;);<br /> 3. Read and agree to the Official Rules and any other required terms.<br /> 4. Submissions received after this time will be disregarded and will not be included towards eligibility as a Finalist.<br /> <br /> Points may not be transferred between entrants or accounts. Evaluation of all Submissions and points calculations will be made solely and exclusively by Sponsors, in its sole discretion, and all decisions of Sponsors regarding the awarding of points to any and all participants shall be final and binding and are not subject to appeal.<br /> <br /> All Submissions will be reviewed according to the standards set forth in these Official Rules, but may not be immediately reviewed. Even if your Submission goes live on the Website and/or you see points associated with a Submission displayed on the Website, if your Scoring Item does not meet the eligibility criteria in this Section 6and/or is not approved by Sponsors in their sole discretion, any points (regardless of whether previously displayed on the Website) associated with disapproved or disqualified Scoring Items will be forfeited.<br /> <br /> The Entry Tweet and Entry Video (&ldquo;Original Content&rdquo;) must constitute a completely original work by the entrant(s) (e.g., such Scoring Items must not have been previously released commercially, taken or composed, in whole or in part, from any source other than the entrant, commissioned, developed or produced for any commercial enterprise and must not contain images, language, music, characters, graphics, underlying source code or other elements which have been created, developed, copyrighted, trademarked and/or patented or which are owned or subject to proprietary or licensing rights of or by an entity other than Entrant(s) personally and in their individual capacity(ies).) Any Scoring Items that do not meet the requirements of the previous sentence will not be accepted or may otherwise be disqualified.<br /> <br /> The Submissions may not contain references which are obscene, crude, vulgar or defamatory; contain gang identification, references to commercial products, license plate numbers, phone numbers, personal addresses (physical or email), Web site URLs, derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups; or contain any other references that could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion.<br /> <br /> Each Entrant must enter the Contest and upload Submissions from one a single Account. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Contest Website&rsquo;s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and these Official Rules. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the Website with respect to this Contest, these Official Rules shall govern.<br /> <br /> All entries generated by a script, macro or other automated/repetitive electronic means will be disqualified and ineligible for the Contest. Neither Sponsors is responsible for lost, incompatible, illegible, incomplete, mutilated or stolen entries; errors appearing on the entry form, within these Official Rules, in any Contest related advertisements or other materials; or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic (including without limitation computer-related, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur) or otherwise. Entries that are late, incompatible, illegible, incomplete, unreadable, damaged, delayed, lost, tampered with, incomprehensible, forged, copied, mutilated, misdirected, inaccurate, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. &ldquo;Authorized account holder&rdquo; is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential Winner may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the applicable Account. All requested information on the entry form must be completed in English to enter and be eligible.<br /> <br /> Entrant acknowledges and agrees that by submitting any Submission, he or she irrevocably grants Sponsors, WBR, and Website a non-exclusive worldwide right and license to use, exhibit, broadcast, copy, reproduce, encode, compress, encrypt, incorporate data into, edit, dub, superimpose, rebroadcast, transmit, record, publicly perform and distribute and synchronize in timed relation to visual elements, the Submission and and/or any excerpts thereof, in any manner and in all forms of media whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity for any purpose, including without limitation for Sponsors&rsquo; advertising and promotional uses, without payment of any compensation or royalty to entrant or any third party (with the understanding that any audio or audiovisual recordings of Curren$y&rsquo;s music performances are and will be the sole and exclusive property of WBR under copyright and otherwise, and, without limiting WBR&rsquo;s rights thereto, Sponsor has no right to sell or otherwise commercially exploit or monetize same and will only use such recordings as expressly stated in these rules in connection with the Contest). Subject to the prior written approval of WBR and without derogating WBR&rsquo;s rights, the Sponsors is free to license and assign these rights in Sponsors&rsquo; sole discretion, provided that nothing herein obligates Sponsors to use, publish, display or broadcast any Submissions.<br /> <br /> Language and themes contained in Submissions will be evaluated by Sponsors based on content and societal acceptability, in its sole discretion. Each entrant acknowledges that Sponsors will rely on such entrant&rsquo;s agreement and compliance with these Official Rules when Entrant submits or attempts to submit an entry. Sponsors reserves the right to reject any entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any of the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules or the Website Terms of Use. Sponsors may, but shall not be required to, modify or edit any materials related to a Contest entry or request entrants to do so, so that such materials meet such guidelines.<br /> <br /> 7. JUDGING CRITERIA<br /> On June 22nd, 2012, at or about 10:00 a.m. ET, the Sponsor will contact the selected Grand Prize winner based on quality of video posted and Runner Up prize winner based on the number of points. The decision of the sponsor shall be final and binding in all regards. Sponsors reserve the right to select fewer Finalists and/or not select Winners in the event an insufficient number of eligible entries meeting the minimum judging criteria are received, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.<br /> <br /> 8. PRIZES<br /> Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner shall be selected in accordance with Section 7. The Grand Prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner will include (the &ldquo;Grand Prize&rdquo;): (i) one (1) ticket to attend a live performance of Curren$y,between June 22nd and December 31st subject to change (ii) roundtrip coach class air transportation from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner&rsquo;s primary residence to a major U.S. airport of Sponsors selection at or around the Grand Prize venue location (Sponsors reserves the right to substitute roundtrip ground transportation in the event that Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of location); (iii) 1 (one) night hotel accommodations at or around the Grand Prize venue location (one hotel room based on double occupancy will be provided for the Grand Prize Winner); and (v) round trip transportation between the hotel and the primary event venue. Meals, transportation, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included in the Grand Prize.<br /> <br /> Runner Up Prize: Signed Album and Curren$y T-Shirt will be notified by June 22nd, 2012<br /> <br /> Travel insurance may be included in the Grand Prize but the Grand Prize Winner is advised to obtain his/her own travel insurance prior to travel. Valid identification required. The filing and acquisition of all necessary travel documentation required by any air carrier or governmental authority shall be the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Failure to acquire and produce valid identification or travel documentation to the satisfaction of the Sponsors may cause Grand Prize Winner to forfeit his/her Grand Prize at the Sponsors&rsquo; sole discretion. <br /> <br /> Prize Values: PRIZE NO. PRIZES VALUE (PER PRIZE)<br /> Grand Prize 1 $1,750<br /> Runner Up Prizes 1 $50<br /> <br /> Approximated Retail Value (&ldquo;ARV&rdquo;) of Prizes: US $1,800 (USD). The ARV of each Prize is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of fulfillment and, when applicable, the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Tickets and/or access to events will be subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Winners and his/her guests (if any) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of the Prize. Seat locations, if any, will be determined by Sponsors. If for any reason any Prize related event is delayed, cancelled or postponed, Sponsors reserve the right, to cancel or modify the Prize in their discretion and to award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value, which may include, but is not limited to, a cash Prize equivalent to the ARV of the trip portion of the Prize, as applicable, as set forth in these Official Rules. Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prize, including all travel arrangements will be made by Sponsors. The dates for fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be between or around June 15, 2012 to on or around December 31st, 2012 and such dates are subject to change in Sponsors&rsquo; sole discretion as applicable. The dates for fulfillment of Runner Up Prize will be around September 1st, 2011.<br /> <br /> Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prize will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expire prior to use (unless restricted by law). Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. In the event a prize includes travel or attendance at an event, such prize must be used on dates specified by Sponsors or prize will be forfeited and Sponsors will have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsors reserves right to change dates, in its sole discretion. Unless expressly indicated, all expenses associated with a prize or the uses of a prize are not included and will be the sole responsibility of winner, including without limitation: transportation, accommodations, meals, local and long distance telephone calls; merchandise and souvenirs, incidental expenses, income taxes, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein as part of the prize. No transfer, assignment or substitution of prize is permitted by any winner. Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value if prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. All prizes properly claimed will be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local tax laws apply. The Internal Revenue Service (&ldquo;IRS&rdquo;) requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed with the IRS for each recipient of a prize who is a resident of the United States if the value of that prize is greater than $600. Reporting and payment of any applicable federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of prize winner.<br /> <br /> If a prize includes travel or attendance at an event, the itinerary will be provided following notification and confirmation that potential winner has complied with eligibility requirements and these Official Rules.<br /> <br /> 9. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS<br /> Sponsors will attempt within forty-eight (48) hours following the potential Winners&rsquo; selection to contact by email the potential Winners. If any potential Winner does not reply within 48 hours after Sponsors&rsquo; sending of such email, such potential Winner will be disqualified and a runner-up Winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the winner selection process and judging criteria set forth in Section 7. In addition, Sponsors reserves the right to select an alternate Winner in the event that any Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules based on the judging criteria set forth in Section 7. <br /> <br /> Potential Winners will be sent (via email and/or other method determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors) an affidavit of eligibility together with liability/publicity release (&ldquo;Affidavit and Release&rdquo;). Winner must complete and return the Affidavit and Release unless restricted by law, which must be received by Sponsors no later than 5 business days after the Affidavit and Release is sent to such Winner (or by such other deadline as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors) or, in Sponsors&rsquo;s sole discretion, the prize may be forfeited and a runner up may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries. In the event a prize includes travel or attendance at an event with a guest, any guest of the winner must complete, sign and return a Companion Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of the prize. If any Winner or guest is a minor, he or she must have a parent or legal guardian sign required agreements and releases on the minor&rsquo;s behalf and the minor must be accompanied by such parent or legal guardian.<br /> <br /> Sponsors shall have no liability for any Winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. In Sponsors&rsquo; sole discretion, a potential Winner may be disqualified and required to forfeit the prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize, if (i) a potential Winner does not respond to a notification email or phone call (with all requested information) within the required time period; (ii) an email notification is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts; (iii) the failure of a potential Winner to complete, sign, notarize and return required Affidavit and Release and/or Companion Liability Release (and any other documents, if requested) within the required time; (iv) any prize notification/documentation/prize returned as undeliverable for any reason; (v) a potential Winner is ineligible or cannot be notified or contacted; (vi) a potential Winner&#039;s inability to provide Sponsors with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry (if requested); (vii) failure to respond to any request within the required time periods; and (viii) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. Proof of response by a potential Winner does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsors. Forfeited prizes may not be awarded. Sponsors are not obligated to leave voice mail, answering machine or other messages. Before a potential Winner is entitled to receive a prize, such potential Winner is required to provide Sponsors with a valid, properly completed and executed IRS Form W-9 (in addition to any other requested information) for tax purposes as well as a valid government issued photo identification card. Sponsors reserve the right to modify the notification and affidavit/release procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.<br /> <br /> All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of Winners. In the event that the selected Winner(s) of any prize are/is ineligible or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsors, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another winner.<br /> <br /> 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:<br /> By participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors. Sponsors&rsquo; decisions are final and binding in all respects and cannot be appealed. By entering, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that Sponsors, and their respective parents, clients, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies, and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, representatives, directors and agents (collectively, &ldquo;Releasees&rdquo;) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, facsimile, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections or transmission or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses, costs, expenses or damages to person or property of any kind caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the prize or resulting from redemption, acceptance, possession, loss or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Contest or any Contest related activity; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative, human or technological errors in any material associated with the Contest. Releases have not made and/or are not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.<br /> <br /> By entering the Contest, entrants agree that: (vi) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (vii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred not to exceed $100.00 US, inclusive of costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event will attorneys&rsquo; fees be awarded or recoverable; and (viii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Without limiting the foregoing, information and services provided on or through superglued.com and the Website are provided &ldquo;as is&rdquo; without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages and/or exclusions of implied warranties subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. <br /> <br /> Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Contest (or any portion of the Contest) should an error, virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Contest and, in such situation, to select the winner(s) from the eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after the such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors. Sponsors may prohibit participants from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines participants have attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsors&rsquo; representatives. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under, or related to, the Contest must be brought in the federal and state courts located in New York County, New York. <br /> <br /> CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS&rsquo; FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.<br /> <br /> By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that Releasees and any of their designees (including WBR) may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, user name, voice, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for the purpose of advertising and promoting the Contest or any other promotion, or contest Sponsored by Sponsors, except where prohibited by law. For example, each entrant understands and agrees that if he/she is selected as a potential Winner, such entrant&rsquo;s name, city and state may be announced on the Contest Websites and elsewhere.<br /> <br /> Past experience has confirmed that contests and other competitions generate substantially similar Submissions or entries which closely resemble concepts and ideas that have been independently developed by Sponsors before or after the Contest. Accordingly, entrants may subsequently see a presentation by Sponsors which seemingly incorporates an idea or concept or includes materials similar to that contained in their entries. Any similarity is purely coincidental and unavoidable in light of the volume of ideas which the Sponsors routinely consider in the course of its business.
