Famous for raising over a million dollars on Kickstarter, Amanda Palmer took NYC by storm on Friday with a wildly vibrant show at Damrosch Park Bandshell. In tow was The Grand Theft Orchestra and multiple dancers who looked like they'd just stepped out of a roaring 20's, steampunk themed burlesque show.

The night kicked off with an instrumental intro from The Grand Theft Orchestra followed by one of Palmer launching right into "Do It Like a Rockstar". Palmer kept the audience watching with rapt attention by interspersing covers like Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" into a set that ran the gamut of her extensive back catalogue. However, no night with Amanda Palmer would be complete without a performance of "Ukelele Anthem" and she was more than happy to oblige. Check out a video of Amanda Palmer with special guest Brian Viglione of The Dresden Dolls below.
